Tree Island's Maintenance Department is now accepting applications for the position of Machinist, who will be responsible for ensuring prevention and maintenance as required, and performed in a professional manner.

The successful candidate requires:

  • Valid BC or Inter-provincial Machinist Trade Qualification; and
  • A minimum of 5 years' heavy industrial experience in a production environment as a Machinist.

The position rate of pay is $37.27 per hour plus a tool premium of $.20 cents. Requires membership in the Teamsters Union, Local 213. Shift work is required.
